Kitayama Families gathered together on Friday evening to enjoy (huge!) tasty cookies, hot chocolate, and a selection of Scholastic books sure to delight any reader. From the smiles in the courtyard to the crowd inside, there were smiles everywhere! Thanks to the Kitayama PTA for putting on such a fun event!

Bullying is not safe, respectful, or responsible. If you feel that your child has been a victim of bullying, please let us know. Below are the Kityama and District version of the Bullying Complaint Form in pdf format. If you would like to read more about "Seth's Law", which spotlighted the need for a streamlined process to report bullying, here is an excellent article by the SF Chronicle writers at SFGate.com.

 

Special, special thanks to our wonderful PTA families and leadership for hosting a our first Kitayama Family Movie Night!  It was "a hit!" as Mrs. McKelvey eloquently puts it.  There were over 100 families there- all gathered in the cafeteria with sleeping bags and blankets in tow.

Bring your blankets to sit on and cuddle up with at 7:00pm on Friday, September 27 in the Multi-Purpose room.
